Do you have a complaint?
At R2 Amsterdam we believe that customer service is one of the most important aspects. We try our very best to give you the best possible service.
In the unfortunate event that something is wrong with an item that you purchased, please let us know. We will handle your complaint promptly.

  • Report your complaint by e-mail: webshop@r2.amsterdam.
    Send a picture of the problem and mention the article code (to be found on the washing label), the order number of your order, your name and phone number.
  • We strive to give you a personal response within 1 working day, and no later than 5 working days.
  • In mutual consultation we will try to find an appropriate solution for your complaint, such as a replacement article or a refund.

Dispute committees for consumers
If you feel that R2 Amsterdam did not properly handle your complaint, it is possible to submit your dispute for mediation through ''Stichting WebwinkelKeur'' via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil.

You can also submit your complaint to the Dispute Commission via the European ODR Platform. http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
