I live in the UK. Can I order from the webshop?
Yes you can. For orders with a UK delivery address, the minimum order amount is 200 Euro. Exchanging articles is not posible for UK orders, only a refund is possible. The UK charges tax and import fees on goods from the EU. More information can be found here: https://www.gov.uk/goods-sent-from-abroad/tax-and-duty

How do I know what size to order?

I signed up for the newsletter but did not receive my welcome discount code
After signing up, you will receive an automatic email with your welcome discount code. Please allow maximum 10 minutes for the email to arrive and be sure to check your spam box.

My order hasn’t arrived yet. When will it arrive?
As soon as your order is shipped, you receive a confirmation email with the track and trace code. You can trace the status of your parcel with this code on the website of the courier service. More information about shipping and leadtimes can be found on the page 'shipping and returns'.  

When does the new collection arrive?
New items are added to the shop regularly. To follow the latest news and updates you can subscribe to our newsletter.

I returned articles but I did not receive a credit note yet
After receiving your returned parcel it takes 24-72 hours for your return to be processed in our warehouse. Did you not receive an update after that time? Contact us via [email protected] and share the track & trace code of your parcel. More information about returns can be found on the page 'shipping and returns'.  

I bought an R2 shirt in a store and it is defective. What to do? 
Please contact the shop where you bought the product.

I have a retail store and would like to sell your brand.

How long does it take before I receive my order?

The parcel did not arrive but the status is “delivered”
It’s possible the courier delivered your parcel to a pick-up point. They should have informed you about this. The delivery location is mentioned in the status of the track & trace information on the courier’s website. Contact the courier service directly or us via [email protected] if you still have questions.

I received a wrong product
Contact us by sending an e-mail to [email protected] with a picture of the wrong article in the email. We will contact you to sort out what happened.

I received a damaged product
Please send a picture of the defect with mention of your order number to [email protected] and we will contact you. 

Do you ship to….?
You can select the desired country of destination in the check-out process. Is the country not listed? Please contact us for enquiries via [email protected].
