How do I know what size to order?
You can find out what size you need by checking the page 'size measurements'. Tip is to have your measurements taken by someone else.
R2 Amsterdam offers iDEAL, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, AfterPay and bank transfer as payment methods. All of this is done with a secured SSL connection. You can see this is the case when the web address starts with httpS://. Always check this, to be certain, before you pay. A small amount will be charged for using the payment methods of Visa, MasterCard and Maestro. You can find more about payments on the page 'orders and payment'.
How long does it take before I receive my order?
The average delivery time is 1-2 workdays. The delivery time for orders on Fridays and on the weekend is between 2 and 4 days. You can find more about this on the page 'shipping and returns'.
Why has my order not arrived yet?
This could have multiple reasons, please check these:
Is the e-mail address correct?
Did the order go through? To see whether this is the case, you can check to see whether you received a confirmation e-mail. If you have not received a confirmation e-mail, then check whether you entered your e-mail address correctly. If you did receive the confirmation, then a shipping notification should also have been sent, with a Track & Trace code for your package.
An order before or after 1pm.
If you ordered before 1pm then your order will tentatively be delivered the following workday. When you order a product after 1pm, then you will receive the order within two workdays. A product that is ordered on Friday or on the weekend will be delivered on Tuesday.

If your order was completed properly, you received a confirmation and a Track & Trace code but the package has not yet been received, it may be that the delivery service delivered the package to a pick-up location or has yet to make a second attempt. You should receive a message about this from DPD.

I received the wrong products in my order.
It could happen that you have receive the wrong product. A mistake can be made in placing the order or in the warehouse when packaging the order. If this is the case, then contact us as soon as possible by calling +31 (0)20 26 23 864 or by sending an e-mail to [email protected]
The product is not what I expected.
You can return the product within 14 days after receiving the product. More about how the product can be returned can be found on the page 'shipping and returns'.
Do you also deliver outside the Netherlands?

I bought a shirt from you in a store and it is defective. Who can I turn to?
If you purchased the shirt in a store, you can return the product to the shop in question.
Will I only receive an invoice by e-mail?
An invoice will automatically be sent to your e-mail. Your invoice will also be included with your shipment.
