Shipping and returns


Deliveries within the Netherlands
For shipments within the Netherlands, no shipping fees are charged. After we have received your order and payment, your order will be processed. If you place your order before 1PM on a work day, your parcel will be shipped the same day. If you order after 1PM, the order will be sent on the following work day.

Deliveries outside the Netherlands
For most shipments to an address outside the Netherlands, we charge shipping fees. This is based on the current rates of our delivery service, DPD. This amount does not include import costs and taxes. If you place your order before 1PM on a work day, your parcel will be shipped the same day. If you order after 1PM, the order will be sent on the following work day.

What are the delivery times?
The expected delivery time in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany is 1-2 working days.
The expected delivery time outside the Netherlands varies from 1 to 5 working days, depending on the destination country.
All the above mentioned delivery times are indicative.

All orders will be sent by DPD. The orders will be delivered by DPD between 09:00 and 19:00. You can check the status of your order with a Track & Trace code. When your order is on it’s way, you will receive a more specific delivery time. Should you not be at home when the delivery service arrives, you will receive a message from DPD about a second delivery attempt, or an indication will be given of where you can pick up the package.

After you have ordered a product, you have a 14-day time to reconsider. If your product does not meet your wishes, then you can return the product. From the time you have received the package, you have 14 days' time to send the package back. Before returning the product, you will need to report the return. You do this by logging into your account. When you are logged in, you click on 'My orders', where you can then report the return. Should you want to receive a different shirt (for example, another size or colour), then you can indicate this in 'general comments'. 

If you have not created an account, you cannot report the return via our website. It is then important that you contact us; via e-mail ([email protected]) or by phone (+ 31 (0)20 26 23 864). Then we can register the return for you. 

After reporting the return, you can complete the return form and send it along with (a copy of) the invoice and the product.  The return form and the invoice are included in your package. 

The checklist for the return: 

- The consideration period of 14 days has not exceeded yet. 
- The return request is reported via the website, via e-mail or by phone.

- The tags are still on the product.
- The product is back in the original packaging.
- The product is not damaged.
- The return form has been completed.
- The return form and a copy of the invoice are included in the package.

When we have received the product in good condition (see checklist), the full amount (excluding shipping costs for the return) will be refunded. After receipt of the product, this amount will be refunded as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 days. The refund will be made through the same payment method as used for placing the initial order.
