Shipping and returns
Orders with only an individual mouth mask will be send with regular letter post service.
Deliveries within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany
For shipments to the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany no shipping fees are charged. After we have received your order and payment, your order will be processed. If you place your order before 1PM on a work day, your parcel will be shipped the same day. If you order after 1PM, the order will be sent on the following work day.
Deliveries outside the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany
For shipments to an address outside the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany we charge shipping fees. This is based on the current rates of our delivery services, DPD and GLS. This amount does not include import costs and taxes. If you place your order before 1PM on a work day, your parcel will be shipped the same day. If you order after 1PM, the order will be sent on the following work day.
Customers outside the EU may be charged with import duties and VAT by their local customs.
For orders with a delivery address in the UK, the minimum required order amount is 200 euro. Exchanging an article(s) is not possible for orders with delivery to the UK, only a refund is possible.
What are the delivery times?
The expected delivery time in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany is 1-2 working days.
The expected delivery time outside the Netherlands varies from 1 to 5 working days, depending on the destination country.
All the above-mentioned delivery times are indicative.
All orders will be sent by DPD or GLS. You can check the status of your order with a Track & Trace code. Should you not be at home when the delivery service arrives, you will receive a message from courier about a second delivery attempt, or a notice will be left indicating where you can pick up the package.
After you have ordered a product, you have a 30-day reflection period.
Follow these steps to return an article:
1. Report the return in your customer at www.r2.amsterdam or send an email to [email protected] . Inform the article code + size per article. If you would like to exchange an item (not possible for UK orders), state the article code + size of the preferred exchange item.
2. Fill in the return form
3. Place the return article(s) with the filled-in return form, in the box
4. Close the box properly so it cannot open during transport
5. Ship the parcel with a courier of your choice (service with track & trace code is recommended). Shipment fees have to be paid by the buyer.

After reporting the return you have another 14 days to ship the parcel.
After receipt of the returned product, the purchase amount will be refunded as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days. The refund will be made through the same payment method used for placing the initial order.
