After we have received your payment, your order will be processed.
Shipping within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany
For shipments to the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany no shipping fees are charged. If you place your order before 1PM on a work day, your parcel will be shipped the same day. If you order after 1PM, on a bank holiday or during the weekend, the order will be sent on the following work day.
Shipping within EU
If you place your order before 1PM on a work day, your parcel will be shipped the same day. If you order after 1PM, on a bank holiday or during the weekend, the order will be sent on the following work day.
Shipping outside EU
Orders for delivery outside the EU are shipped 2 working days after receipt of payment. This has to do with the preparation of customs and export documents.
Customers outside the EU may be charged with import duties and VAT by their local customs. Please contact the customs of the destination country to find out what the import costs will be of your order.
For orders with a delivery address in the UK, the minimum required order amount is 200 euro. Exchanging an article(s) is not possible for orders with delivery to the UK, only a refund is possible when items are returned.

For shipments to an address outside the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany we charge shipping fees. This is based on the current rates of the courier services. This amount does not include local import costs and taxes.
What are the delivery times?
The average delivery times differ per country.
Netherlands, Belgium and Germany: 1 to 3 working days after dispatch.
Other countries within EU: 2 to 5 working days after dispatch.
Countries outside EU: 5-14 working days after dispatch. Please note: when the parcel arrives at your local customs you will receive a message from the courier to pay for customs clearance and import tax. After payment, the parcel will be released for delivery. This effects the delivery time.
All delivery times mentioned above are subject to change.
Our orders are shipped with DPD, GLS and courier services such as FedEx and UPS. With the track & trace code you receive from the courier, you can check the status of your order. If you are not at home when the courier is at your door, you will be notified by the carrier about a second delivery attempt or an instruction of where you can pick up the package.

After you have ordered a product, you have a 30-day reflection period. Shipment fees are to be paid by the buyer.
Follow these steps to return an article:
1. Report the return in your customer at www.r2.amsterdam or send an email to [email protected] . Inform the article code + size per article. If you would like to exchange an item (not possible for UK orders), state the article code + size of the preferred exchange item.
2. Fill in the return form
3. Place the return article(s) with the filled-in return form, in the box
4. Close the box properly so it cannot open during transport
5. Ship the parcel with a courier of your choice (service with track & trace code is recommended). Shipment fees are to be paid by the buyer.

After reporting the return you have another 14 days to ship the parcel.
After receipt of the returned product, the purchase amount will be refunded as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days. The refund will be made through the same payment method used for placing the initial order.
