Shipping

After receipt of the payment, your order will be processed. Paid orders placed before 1PM on a work day will be shipped the same day.

If you order after 1PM, on a bank holiday or during the weekend, the order will be shipped the following work day.

Orders with destination UK are shipped 2 working days after receipt of payment.

The minimum order amount for UK orders is 135 GBP. Exchanging articles is not posible for UK orders, only a refund is possible.

Since Brexit, some of our UK customers have been taken by surprise by the UK import fees and taxes that the UK government applies to all imported goods from the EU. To make this process easier for our UK customers, we now offer all products including these import fees and taxes to our UK customers on our webshop. There will be no additional import costs for UK customers when you order from our webshop, the amount you pay for your order includes all costs.

Orders for an address outside the EU are shipped 2 working days after receipt of payment.

Customers outside the EU may be charged with local VAT, duty, or fees as imposed by their customs authority. You will be contacted by the courier about these costs.

To find out what the import costs will be for your order, please contact the customs office of your country.

It's important to understand that any duties and taxes incurred in the destination country will be the responsibility of the customer.

As soon as your order is shipped, a confirmation email with the track and trace code will be send to you by the courier. You can trace the status of your parcel with this code on the website of the courier service.

The average delivery times differ per country.

  • Netherlands, Belgium and Germany: 1-3 working days after dispatch.
  • Other countries within the EU: 3-5 working days after dispatch.
  • Countries outside the EU: 5-10 working days after dispatch. Please note: when the parcel arrives at your local customs you will receive a message from the courier to pay for customs clearance and import tax. After payment, the parcel will be released for delivery. This affects the delivery time.

All delivery times mentioned above are subject to change.

Our orders are shipped with DPD, GLS and courier services such as FedEx and UPS. With the track & trace code you receive from the courier, you can check the status of your order. If you are not at home when the courier is at your door, you will be notified by the carrier about a second delivery attempt or with an instruction of where you can pick up the package.

We offer free shipping to The Netherlands, United Kingdom, Belgium and Germany.

Shipping fees are charged for parcels to all other countries. You can find the exact amount on the check-out page when you place your order. These costs are based on the current rates of the courier services.

For non-EU customers with the exception of UK customers, please note the shipping cost does not include your local VAT, duty, or fees as imposed by your customs authority.

Returns and Refunds

If you receive a wrong or damaged item, please let us know. Please send us the article number and a picture of the complaint to webshop@r2.amsterdam and mention the order number.

We will handle your complaint promptly.

Go to our Submit a Return page for all information on how to return a product.

When you return products from outside the EU back to us, you can reclaim the import duty and VAT that you paid for these products. For this, you can use the proforma invoice that was created in the portal for your parcel.

Each country has their own customs service desk. Contact the customs office in your country to apply for a refund of import duty and VAT.

After receipt of the returned product, the purchase amount will be refunded as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days. The refund will be made through the same payment method used for placing the initial order. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exchanges

In the portal, you can choose the option to exchange an item for another size (if available). If you wish to exchange for another item, you can select the store credit option. You can place a new order for the exchange item and use the store credit.

Please note an exchange for UK customers is only possible if the total order amount of the exchanged items is 135 GBP or more.
